March 5, 2008 Commission meeting: Staff/consultants present to the Commission the proposed post-hearing schedule shown below.
March 7, 2008 Opening post-hearing briefs due from petitioner, intervenors and interested persons.
March 21, 2008 Reply briefs due from petitioner, intervenors and interested persons.
April 11, 2008 No later than April 11, 2008, staff/consultants post for comment a draft issues list that will form the agenda for Commission deliberations for public comment.
April 18, 2008 Comments on staff/consultant draft issues list due.
May 7, 2008 Commission meeting: Staff/consultants present to the Commission a draft issues list as the agenda for Commission’s deliberations in May. Commission endorses or amends draft issues list and establishes the agenda for deliberative sessions.
Mid/late May Commission deliberations. At conclusion of deliberations, Commission directs staff/consultants to prepare a draft report capturing preliminary decisions made by the Commission.
July/August No sooner than July/August 2008, Commission endorses or amends draft deliberations report and posts report for 30-day public comment.
August/September No sooner than August/September 2008: Commission decision on Zoning Petition ZP 707.
